Registration Of Death

Rule 31. Death

Death is a permanent disappearance of all evidence of life at any time after live birth has taken place.

Rule 32. Reglementary Period and Place of Registration

Registration shall be made in the Office of the Civil Registrar of the City/municipality where it occurred within thirty (30) days from the time of death.
